1. Data collection

We collect order-level data needed for pricing analytics: order dates, quantities, prices, and product identifiers (e.g., SKU). This data is used to compute demand elasticity and pricing insights for your store.

We do not collect customer names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. We do not have access to credit card or other payment details.

2. How we use your data

Data is used only for your own pricing insights. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We do not use your data to build or train models for other merchants. Analytics and recommendations are generated solely for the store owner who connected the data.

3. Data protection

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security (RLS) so that each merchant's data is accessible only to that store owner. Our infrastructure is designed to keep your data isolated and secure.

4. Data retention

We retain your data only while you use Kudimetrics. When you uninstall the app or disconnect your store, we delete or anonymize your data in line with our data retention procedures. We do not keep your order or analytics data after the relationship ends, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You may also ask for a copy of your data or object to certain processing. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Kudimetrics after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
